My dedication to health and wellness started over 35 years ago.  It took a big leap during my sophomore year San Diego State University when a guest lecturer came to my Clinical Nutrition class.  Within a few minutes of listening to the lecture I forgot what class I was attending. The professor was wowing us with photographs and stories of his trips to mountain tops, remote deserts, wild rivers, bustling market places, the tops of castles and other adventures, foreign and domestic.  Then he asked a rhetorical question: “What do these pictures have to do with diet and health?” His simple answer: “You can’t get to any of the places I have shown you if you aren’t healthy.” Since that time I have attempted to live the kind of lifestyle that promotes health and allows me to experience my own adventures.

Beginning in 1982 I have passed on my knowledge to thousands of patients. If you are a willing partner in getting well, I can help you become healthier and break the hold of pain and physical restrictions. With improved health and without pain, imagine how you would pursue your life’s passions. What adventures would you seek?
